4. Confirmation of Delivery

A Digital Product is considered successfully delivered when any of the following occurs:

  • Order confirmation email has been sent.
  • Course access is activated in your account dashboard.
  • Login credentials or access links are issued.
  • Live session invitation has been sent.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Your email address is correct.
  • Our emails are not blocked (spam/junk filters, firewalls).

5. Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

    Lifetime access from the purchase date (subject to platform availability)
  • Subscription content:
    Access valid for the purchased subscription period
  • Live cohort programs:
    Access limited to program duration; recordings (if available) follow product-specific terms
