This Refund Policy outlines your rights and the conditions under which refunds may be granted, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including those in the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions where we operate.

2. Nature of Digital Products

All products offered on https://www.fajjalkumar.com/ are digital, intangible, and delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content:

(1) Products are accessible immediately after purchase.

(2) They cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, or consumed.

(3) This policy balances fair consumer rights with the irreversible nature of digital delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement if:

(1) The product is materially different from its description

(2) The content fails to function as advertised (e.g., broken videos, missing modules)

(3) You are unable to access content due to issues on our side, and we cannot resolve it

You must notify us within 30 days of discovering the issue.

We will offer one of the following remedies (where appropriate):

3.2 Goodwill Money-Back Guarantee

We voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible self-paced courses.

To qualify, ALL conditions must be met:

(1) Request submitted within 14 days of purchase.

(2) Less than 20% of the course content consumed.

(3) A valid reason is provided (for internal improvement purposes).

(4) The product is not marked as non-refundable.

3.3 Non-Eligible Products (Goodwill Exclusion)

The goodwill refund policy does not apply to:

(1) Live or cohort-based programs once started.

(2) Certification programs.

(3) Discounted, bundled, or promotional offers marked as final sale.

(4) Subscription renewals.

(5) Custom or enterprise training.

(6) Downloadable products (eBooks, templates, datasets) once downloaded.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

(1) Request is made after the 14-day window (without valid defect)

(2) More than 20% of content has been consumed

(3) Change of mind / lack of time / alternative purchase

(4) Failure to meet technical requirements

(5) Violation of Terms (account sharing, misuse)

(6) Product was free or part of a promotion

5. Subscription Policy

For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges only. No refunds for already billed subscription periods.

6. Live Cohort & Enterprise Programs

For live training, cohorts, or enterprise services:

(1) Before program start:

Full refund minus 10% administrative fee, or free transfer.

(2) Within 48 hours of start:

Up to 50% refund or full credit.

(3) After program begins:

Generally non-refundable, except in defect cases (Section 3.1).

(2) Revoke access to content.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under applicable laws, including:

(2) GCC consumer regulations.

(3) Other applicable jurisdictions.

Where mandatory law applies, it will override this policy where required.
